We're already into last 12 days of the Black History Month, this year. I used this opportunity to learn as much as possible about the past of Afro Americans and believe that I spent it effectively.
There is a lot of info out there, good and bad, but the most motivational for me has been "Great Debaters" movie (if you have any better ones in mind, please let me know). Surely there are more historical resources, kinds of movie about Malcolm X or actual videos of people behind the Black History and there is a lot more to learn, but to summarize what I've learnt (together with my class mate), we wrote a short article:
